Position: Hotel Manager

What you’ll do:

• Operational Oversight and Vision Execution of two hotels (225 rooms) and extensive F&B offerings within an ever evolving creative village.
• Champion Guest Experiences, Brand Standards, Team Culture, Overall Product Quality, Employee Care and Business Plan Performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 10 plus years in global luxury hospitality leadership.
• Passionate about hotel operations, with guest centric focus and track record of service excellence, progressive career path in top brands.
• Experience in sustainable lifestyle brands at World’s 50 Best level a big plus, rooms background preferred.
• Multilingual with fluency in 2 plus languages, global outlook, appreciated.
• A joyful rebel who mixes the old with the new, and the familiar with the unexpected, a builder of culture, not just procedures.
• Commercially savvy, driver of excellence and smart executor.
• Caring leadership style, pro empowerment and talent mentor.
• Prior experience in notable Southeast Asia addresses a plus.
• Highly demanding, complex and exciting role, so not for the fainthearted nor the non committed, highly rewarding for the best.
