Position: Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and executive team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • This role is based at the Head Quarter (HQ) office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or high level administrator, preferably in hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
