Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Provide strategic direction and manage the performance of all food and beverage departments.
- Ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient operations of outlets, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and manage the annual F&B budget, including forecasting revenues, expenses, and profit margins.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and a passion for hospitality, especially in a busy bar/restaurant atmosphere.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
