Position: Senior Sales Manager (25147686)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage a portfolio of key corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a sales role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong network of contacts in the Jakarta and Tangerang corporate and travel markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in hotel CRM software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
