Position: Branding & Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s brand image and execute successful public relations campaigns at national and international levels.
- Serve as the primary company spokesperson and manage media interviews across broadcast and print platforms.
- Develop creative marketing content and oversee social media strategies for the property.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all branding aligns with revenue objectives.
- Oversee the departmental operating budget and monitor ROI for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star premium luxury hotel.
- Proven track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at national and international levels.
- Experience acting as a company spokesperson, comfortable and skilled in media interviews.
- Exceptional communication in both Bahasa and English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail and brand integrity.
