Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests efficiently and with a welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments through the Property Management System (PMS).
• Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing cash floats.
• Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• A guest-centric mindset with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in shifts.
