Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests efficiently and with a welcoming attitude.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments through the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing cash floats.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- A guest-centric mindset with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in shifts.
