Position: Assistant Director Of Sales (25162807)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading and managing the hotel’s sales team and strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE organizers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta and airport-area corporate and travel markets.
- Proficient in hotel CRM and Property Management Systems (PMS).
