Position: Sous Chef – Chinese Restaurant
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and expertise in Chinese cuisine, including various regional styles.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a reputable Chinese restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the kitchen brigade.
- Ability to assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
- Deep understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Creative and passionate about delivering high-quality, authentic dishes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
