Position: Sous Chef – Chinese Restaurant

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and expertise in Chinese cuisine, including various regional styles.
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a reputable Chinese restaurant or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the kitchen brigade.
• Ability to assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
• Deep understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Creative and passionate about delivering high-quality, authentic dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
