Position: Guest Service Agent (Apprentice)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Learn to handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel, and manage reservations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
  • Shadow experienced GSAs to develop exceptional customer service skills.
  • Support the front office team in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality or Tourism program.
  • A strong passion for the hospitality industry and an eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
