Position: Guest Service Agent (Apprentice)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures under the guidance of senior staff.
- Learn to handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel, and manage reservations.
- Gain hands-on experience with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
- Shadow experienced GSAs to develop exceptional customer service skills.
- Support the front office team in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality or Tourism program.
- A strong passion for the hospitality industry and an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a professional appearance.
- Basic proficiency in English.
