Position: Sales Manager (25157080)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or leisure accounts to achieve individual sales targets.
• Proactively identify and secure new business leads through various channels.
• Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales presentations effectively.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with the hotel’s sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong network of contacts in the corporate or travel agency sectors in the Jakarta/Tangerang area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Well-versed in using hotel sales software and MS Office.
