Position: Sales Manager (25157080)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or leisure accounts to achieve individual sales targets.
- Proactively identify and secure new business leads through various channels.
- Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales presentations effectively.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with the hotel’s sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate or travel agency sectors in the Jakarta/Tangerang area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Well-versed in using hotel sales software and MS Office.
