Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (25161073)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed to standard.
- Assign rooms and public areas for cleaning and inspect work to ensure quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and brand standards.
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies and handling guest requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping department.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in English.
