Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (25161073)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed to standard.
  • Assign rooms and public areas for cleaning and inspect work to ensure quality.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures and brand standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory of supplies and handling guest requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping department.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
