Position: Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service to enhance their stay.
• Welcome and greet guests, particularly VIPs, and ensure their needs are anticipated and met.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or feedback gracefully to ensure satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role in a reputable hotel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Polished and professional appearance with a positive and engaging personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of the local area and attractions in Bandung.
