Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service to enhance their stay.
- Welcome and greet guests, particularly VIPs, and ensure their needs are anticipated and met.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or feedback gracefully to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role in a reputable hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Polished and professional appearance with a positive and engaging personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of the local area and attractions in Bandung.
