Position: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the resort, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision making.
• Lead the finance team and ensure the integrity of all financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in related financial systems, technology, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner and a proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
