Position: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of goods and services for all hotel departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure the best value for the resort.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and storage processes.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with budget and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in procurement systems and related technology.
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
- Fast learner and a proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
