Position: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies to secure the best quality supplies and services at competitive prices.
- Source and build reliable relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure inventory is managed effectively.
- Oversee the purchasing team and ensure all purchasing procedures comply with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Solid knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong integrity and professionalism.
