Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in both Indonesian and international cuisines
- Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor a diverse kitchen team across multiple outlets
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, inventory control, and upholding hygiene standards
- Creative and passionate about delivering high quality dining experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
