Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Strong culinary skills with expertise in both Indonesian and international cuisines
  • Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor a diverse kitchen team across multiple outlets
  • Proficient in menu planning, food costing, inventory control, and upholding hygiene standards
  • Creative and passionate about delivering high quality dining experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
