Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations across the resort’s dining outlets
- Design and implement innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest expectations
- Maintain strict food cost controls and manage the kitchen budget effectively
- Ensure compliance with international food safety and hygiene regulations
- Lead, mentor, and train the culinary team to achieve excellence in food presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in 5-star luxury resorts or high-end restaurants
- Exceptional leadership and kitchen management skills
- In-depth knowledge of international and local Balinese cuisine
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional certification
