Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all culinary operations across the resort’s dining outlets
  • Design and implement innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest expectations
  • Maintain strict food cost controls and manage the kitchen budget effectively
  • Ensure compliance with international food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and train the culinary team to achieve excellence in food presentation

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in 5-star luxury resorts or high-end restaurants
  • Exceptional leadership and kitchen management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of international and local Balinese cuisine
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional certification
