Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales management role within the hotel industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and corporate client base
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
