Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales management role within the hotel industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and corporate client base
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
