Position: Cost Control
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a cost control or F&B control position within a hotel
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in using hotel inventory and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prepare accurate cost reports and analyze variances
- Good communication skills to liaise with culinary, F&B, and finance teams
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management is an advantage
