Position: Cost Control

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a cost control or F&B control position within a hotel
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and cost analysis
  • Proficiency in using hotel inventory and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost reports and analyze variances
  • Good communication skills to liaise with culinary, F&B, and finance teams
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management is an advantage
