Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service at the Front Office by efficiently handling check ins, check outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Uphold brand standards, support upselling initiatives, and contribute to achieving the hotel’s goals in guest experience, service excellence, and revenue performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar Front Office position within the hospitality industry, preferably at an international chain.
- Proficient in handling guest check in/check out procedures, managing reservations, and resolving guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), billing processes, and hotel services to ensure smooth and accurate operations at the front desk.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a warm, welcoming demeanor and deliver personalized service that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty.
