Position: Chief Engineering
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage the engineering team and departmental budget
- Experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs
- Thorough understanding of safety, security, and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
