Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage the engineering team and departmental budget
• Experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs
• Thorough understanding of safety, security, and environmental regulations
• Excellent problem solving and project management skills
• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
