Position: Concierge Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Concierge Supervisor or senior Concierge in a five star hotel
• Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and transportation
• Strong leadership skills to manage the concierge desk and bell team
• A passion for creating unique and personalized experiences for guests
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a significant advantage
