Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in an international hotel chain
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Ability to handle check in, check out, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
