Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in an international hotel chain
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Ability to handle check in, check out, and guest inquiries efficiently
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
