Position: Waitress / Banquet Staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards for both restaurant and banquet settings
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high volume events
- A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
