Position: Waitress / Banquet Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards for both restaurant and banquet settings
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high volume events
• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
