Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team of Front Desk Agents
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
- A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
- Excellent problem solving and guest service recovery skills
- Ability to manage daily front office operations smoothly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
