Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team, including front desk, concierge, and night audit operations.
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Train and motivate team members to uphold the highest standards of Swiss hospitality.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve issues with a creative and problem solving approach.
- Manage room inventory, oversee check in/out procedures using OPERA Cloud, and coordinate with housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand (premium/luxury).
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a creative approach to enhance guest experiences.
- In depth knowledge of front office, concierge, and night audit preparations.
- Working knowledge of OPERA Cloud and housekeeping operations.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
