Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team, including front desk, concierge, and night audit operations.
  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Train and motivate team members to uphold the highest standards of Swiss hospitality.
  • Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve issues with a creative and problem solving approach.
  • Manage room inventory, oversee check in/out procedures using OPERA Cloud, and coordinate with housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand (premium/luxury).
  • Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and a creative approach to enhance guest experiences.
  • In depth knowledge of front office, concierge, and night audit preparations.
  • Working knowledge of OPERA Cloud and housekeeping operations.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
