Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic goals and managing the hotel’s budget.
- Champion the highest standards of guest service and handle any escalated guest concerns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior hotel management role (e.g., Director of Rooms, F&B Manager).
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills and a commitment to service excellence.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate staff.
