Position: Executive Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.
• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic goals and managing the hotel’s budget.
• Champion the highest standards of guest service and handle any escalated guest concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior hotel management role (e.g., Director of Rooms, F&B Manager).
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills and a commitment to service excellence.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate staff.
