Position: Assistant Director of Human Resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
