Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department for recruitment and training
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system
- Assist in coordinating staff events and engagement activities
- Process payroll documents and monitor employee attendance
- Support in the orientation and onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
- Experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Detail oriented with high confidentiality standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR best practices
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
