Position: Assistant Director Loss & Prevention

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury resort
• Gada Utama certification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols
• Experience in conducting investigations and managing security technology (CCTV, access control)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to train staff on safety and security procedures
• High level of physical fitness and professional demeanor
