Position: Assistant Director Loss & Prevention
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury resort
- Gada Utama certification is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols
- Experience in conducting investigations and managing security technology (CCTV, access control)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train staff on safety and security procedures
- High level of physical fitness and professional demeanor
