Position: Assistant Director of Finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI)
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience with hotel financial systems and ERP software
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
