Position: Assistant Director of Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI)
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience with hotel financial systems and ERP software
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
