Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B operations within a large luxury resort
• Strong operational experience across various outlets including fine dining, bars, and banqueting
• Proven track record of improving service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
• Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
• In depth knowledge of food, wine, and current industry trends
