Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B operations within a large luxury resort
- Strong operational experience across various outlets including fine dining, bars, and banqueting
- Proven track record of improving service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
- Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- In depth knowledge of food, wine, and current industry trends
