Position: Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM in a 5 star resort
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate the front office team
• In depth knowledge of front office procedures, including check in/out, cashiering, and guest services
• Proficient in PMS and other front office software
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
