Position: Guest Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Front Office or Guest Services
  • Strong operational knowledge of all front desk functions
  • Proven ability to lead a team and ensure high standards of service
  • Excellent problem solving skills, especially in handling guest issues
  • Proficient in hotel PMS
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive and guest focused attitude
