Position: Manager On Duty

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel
• Broad operational knowledge, particularly in Front Office and Housekeeping
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage the hotel operations during their shift, especially in the absence of senior management
• Excellent guest handling and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
