Position: Front Desk Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior Front Desk Agent or GSA in a 5 star hotel
  • Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, including check in/out, cashiering, and night audit
  • Leadership potential with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Proficient in hotel PMS software
  • Ability to handle escalated guest issues effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
