Position: Mandarin Guest Experience (Speaker/Native)

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role in a 5 star hotel
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with high end clientele
  • Deep understanding of the cultural nuances of Mandarin speaking guests
  • Ability to provide personalized service and create memorable stays
  • Professional, poised, and detail oriented
  • Problem solving skills
