Position: Japanese Guest Experience (Speaker/Native)
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and English
- Experience in luxury hospitality, providing service to Japanese guests
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of ‘Omotenashi’ service culture
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
- Well organized and able to handle guest requests efficiently
- A polished and professional demeanor
