Position: Head Chef

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• Expertise in menu creation, food costing, and kitchen management.
• Excellent guest experience skills reflected in culinary quality.
• Outstanding leadership skills to manage a full kitchen brigade.
• Strong ability to motivate and train culinary staff.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
