Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a Guest Relations Officer or Front Office role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills with a warm and welcoming personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to motivate oneself and colleagues.
