Position: GRO
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a Guest Relations Officer or Front Office role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to motivate oneself and colleagues.
