Position: Sr. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key market segments and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
