Position: Account Payable/General Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and other payables in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage the hotel’s daily cash flow, including preparing bank deposits and managing the main vault.
• Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and other payment transactions from all hotel outlets.
• Assist with month end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a Chain Hotel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
