Position: Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all civil maintenance and repair work for the resort’s buildings, structures, and infrastructure.
- Plan, supervise, and execute minor construction and renovation projects within the property.
- Conduct regular structural inspections to ensure the safety and integrity of all facilities.
- Coordinate and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized civil engineering tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, blueprints, and documentation for all civil works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in civil maintenance or construction project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural repair techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Effective communication and contractor management abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction safety standards.
