Position: Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all civil maintenance and repair work for the resort’s buildings, structures, and infrastructure.
  • Plan, supervise, and execute minor construction and renovation projects within the property.
  • Conduct regular structural inspections to ensure the safety and integrity of all facilities.
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized civil engineering tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, blueprints, and documentation for all civil works.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in civil maintenance or construction project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural repair techniques.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.

  • Effective communication and contractor management abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction safety standards.
