Position: Steward & Hygiene Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the stewarding team to ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control and HACCP standards throughout the culinary operation.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure a smooth and hygienic workflow.
  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections and staff training on sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand.
  • Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven teamwork, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability in keeping inventory record.
  • Ability to maintain strict quality control and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
