Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific kitchen section within the Signatures Restaurant.
• Supervise and train junior chefs and commis in the section.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Assist the Sous Chef with menu planning and inventory management.
• Ensure all food preparation and storage areas comply with hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Culinary diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Specific expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine, as featured in Signatures.
• Ability to manage a specific kitchen section and supervise junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work in a team and in a high-pressure environment.
