Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen section within the Signatures Restaurant.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and commis in the section.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef with menu planning and inventory management.
- Ensure all food preparation and storage areas comply with hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Specific expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine, as featured in Signatures.
- Ability to manage a specific kitchen section and supervise junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Able to work in a team and in a high-pressure environment.
