Position: Daily Worker – Garde Manger

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cold food items, including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for all garde manger dishes.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cold kitchen station.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all cold food products.
• Support the culinary team with food preparation and plating as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of cold food preparation is an advantage.
