Position: Daily Worker – Garde Manger
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cold food items, including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for all garde manger dishes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cold kitchen station.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all cold food products.
- Support the culinary team with food preparation and plating as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Basic knowledge of cold food preparation is an advantage.
