Position: Marketing Communication Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.
• Manage all public relations, media relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
• Coordinate all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MarCom, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in PR, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and event management abilities.
• Strong media contacts and relationships.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and content creation tools.
