Position: Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.
- Manage all public relations, media relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
- Coordinate all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MarCom, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in PR, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Strong media contacts and relationships.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and content creation tools.
