Position: Spa & Recreation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the spa, fitness center, and recreational facilities.
• Develop and market attractive spa treatments and wellness programs.
• Manage the spa and recreation budget, revenue, and expenses.
• Lead and train the spa and recreation team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and recreation management.
• Guest-focused with a passion for health and wellness.
